Job summary

Achieve Group in Kulai, Malaysia, seeks an experienced HR Operations and Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for 100+ employees and ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations.

The role emphasizes maintaining HRIS accuracy, supporting onboarding and offboarding, generating payroll reports, and coordinating with Finance and external vendors, while upholding confidentiality and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HRM/Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of HR Operations and payroll experience.
• Prior experience within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience processing payroll for at least 100 employees.
• Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory requirements.
• Experience using HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR Operations and payroll.
• Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
• Handle payroll for a workforce of at least 100 employees, including shift-based workers.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations and offboarding processes.
• Prepare payroll reports, HR metrics and statutory submissions.
• Liaise with Finance and external vendors on payroll-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Support HR audits and continuously improve HR operational processes.
• Work closely with regional stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and timely execution of HR initiatives.
