Job summary

Advancecon Holdings Berhad is seeking a Payroll Executive to join our HR team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as we value accuracy, discretion and a proactive mindset in payroll operations.

You will handle HR inquiries, manage leave, assist payroll calculations and statutory contributions, monitor attendance and overtime, prepare employment letters, and maintain HRIS records while supporting ad-hoc HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of payroll or HR operations experience.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Laws and statutory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries regarding HR matters from Site Admin or employees.
• Manage employee leave administration.
• Assist in payroll processing, including salary calculations, overtime, and statutory contributions.
• Monitor and verify staff attendance, lateness, absenteeism, and overtime claims.
• Assist in preparing HR-related documentation such as employment letters, confirmation letters, and other correspondence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS records and employee files.
• Assist with any ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
