Job summary

Tan Chong Group, a public listed conglomerate, invites a fresh graduate to join as Human Resources Executive (Payroll & HR Services) at its KL head office. You will own the payroll-to-benefits lifecycle and support payroll processing using Flex HRM Payroll system, ensuring timely submissions and accurate records.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, strong Excel skills, knowledge of Employment Act, SOCSO and EPF, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a large

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Strong Excel skills and payroll process knowledge.
• Familiarity with Employment Act, SOCSO and EPF.
• Able to work at Head Office Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, HQ KL.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing via Flex HRM Payroll system in a timely manner.
• Calculate and process overtime, bonuses, unpaid leaves, deductions and allowances.
• Answer employees’ questions about wages, attendance, benefits and others.
• Prepare documentation for Payroll / EPF / SOCSO and income tax deductions (EA filings).
• Ensure statutory payments to government departments and insurers are timely.
• Coordinate payroll-related employee movements and update records.
• Post payroll journals monthly and support budget processes.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of payroll reports.
