Job summary

TK Elevator Malaysia seeks an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll for 200+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will handle attendance, allowances, deductions, and salary adjustments while maintaining confidential payroll records.

The role requires strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll laws, EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB, and proficiency in HRIS and Excel for reporting and compliance. Training and annual bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in payroll processing is required with 2–4 years.
• Experience handling payroll for 200+ employees is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions, unpaid leave, and salary adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and employee data in HRIS.
• Process final salary for resigned employees.
• Administer salary increments, bonuses, incentives, and back-pay adjustments.

What We Expect

• Payroll Administration
• Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions, unpaid leave, and salary - adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and employee payroll data in HRIS.
• Process final salary calculations for resigned employees.
• Administer annual salary increment, bonus, incentive, and back-pay adjustments.
• Statutory Compliance
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of:
• EPF
• SOCSO
• EIS
• PCB / Income Tax
• HRD Corp Levy
• Prepare payroll-related reports and statutory returns.
• Support annual EA Form preparation and year-end payroll activities.
• Employee Benefits Administration
• Process employee overtime and allowance claims.
• Coordinate employee loans, advances, and salary deductions.
• Payroll Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, overtime analysis, and headcount reports.
• Reconcile payroll records and investigate discrepancies.
• Audit & Documentation
• Maintain payroll records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with Employment Act and company requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2-4 years of payroll processing experience.
