• Prepare billing to clients.
• Maintain payroll documents for audit purposes.
• Reconcile pay and bill hours.
• Filing of IR21 tax clearance.
• Generate IR8A annually.
• Submit NS claims and insurance claims.

This role supports the Branch in payroll processing, billing administration, and contract management. It is responsible for delivering premium, value-added services to candidates and clients while ensuring payroll and billing activities are completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Do

• Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Accurate and timely statutory submission to CPF, IRAS and relevant authorities
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports when necessary
• Prepare billing to clients
• Maintain payroll documentations for audit purposes
• Prepare pay and bill hours reconciliation
• Filing of form IR21 tax clearance
• Generate yearly IR8A
• Submit NS claims
• Submit insurance claim

• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant education are welcome
