Links International is seeking high-calibre SG Payroll Consultants to deliver payroll processing services for Singapore clients. The work location is KL, Malaysia, with a flexible hybrid work model including work-from-home options.

You will handle end-to-end payroll processing, liaise with authorities, prepare HR reports, and support regional payroll teams. Fresh graduates are welcome, with preferred knowledge of Excel and HRIS.

Formación

• Solid experience in processing end-to-end Singapore payroll is not required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in English; strong numerical and data accuracy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide our payroll service to clients and maintain client relationships regularly.
• Perform end-to-end payroll processing and related HR services for Singapore clients.
• Calculate payroll components: salaries, pensions, leave, commissions and other compensation.
• Liaise with authorities and service providers on pension, social insurance, tax, and statutory matters.
• Prepare HR reports for clients (movement, headcount, pay summaries, cost centre allocations).
• Maintain accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System.
• Attend client meetings and provide HR/advisory guidance on labour laws and employment acts.
• Offer operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide our award-winning payroll service to clients and maintain client relationship on regular basis
• Perform end-to-end payroll processing and provide related HR services to Singapore clients
• Responsible for clients' payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
• Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to pension, social insurance, tax and other statutory matters
• Prepare HR reports for clients such as movement, headcount, pay summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
• Participate clients meeting and provide professional advices on HR issues relate to labour laws and employment act
• Provide operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams

Requirements

• Solid experience in processing end-to-end Singapore payroll/ Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageous
• Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environment
• Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbersAction-orientated, detail minded and organised
• Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
