Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant education are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of payroll processes is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Accurate and timely statutory submission to CPF, IRAS and relevant authorities.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports when necessary.
• Prepare billing to clients.
• Maintain payroll documentations for audit purposes.
• Prepare pay and bill hours reconciliation.
• Filing of form IR21 tax clearance.
• Generate yearly IR8A.
• Submit NS claims.
• Submit insurance claim.
