Qualifications

• Professional certificate or diploma in HRM, business administration, finance or a related field.
• 1–2 years of payroll, administrative, data entry, or related experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet monthly deadlines.
• High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Based in Subang Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end monthly payroll process and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare monthly billing summaries and verify with clients.
• Coordinate invoice generation and ensure timely issuance by the 7th of each month.
• Update attendance, timesheets, and payroll-related records.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
