Based in Malaysia, the role emphasizes accurate demographic data entry, file management for new patients, and collaboration with clinical staff to sustain efficient patient care flow.

Responsibilities

• Receive all patients courteously, with or without appointment, as directed from Main Lobby, A&E and Special Diagnostic Services.
• Register patient demographics, prepare forms and open a file for new patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety at all times in the clinic, hospital and relevant areas.
• Ensure smooth clinic flow and uphold clinic management standards (including appointment systems, tidiness and other requirements).
