Responsibilities

• Register patient upon receiving or prescription or appointment letter.
• Book appointment for operation and send to admission counter for admission.
• Organize patient record in the clinic.
• Ensure patient’s record is ready before the appointment.
• Ensure guarantee letter submission to the Business Office services daily after registration of patient.
• Promote, support and ensure patient understanding of Patient and Family Rights.
