Job summary

KPJ Sabah Specialist Hospital in Sabah is seeking an organized clinic administrator to manage patient data, appointments, and medical records within the consultant clinic. You will ensure accurate demographic forms, case notes, and timely forwarding of charges to the cashier.

The role requires basic knowledge of clinical procedures, strong attention to privacy under the Personal Data Protection Act, and the ability to rotate duties across clinic stations while maintaining a clean and safe

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in business with care/service knowledge.
• Or SPM with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 1 year experience in servicing environments.
• Proficient in writing and conversing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Microsoft Office literacy.

Responsibilities

• Register and update patient data.
• Record and inform patient appointments.
• Manage clinic items and inventory.
• Charge inventories and equipment.
• Bind consultant clinical notes in patient records.
• Forward charges to the cashier daily.
• Rotate duties across stations as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinic environment.
