Job summary

KPJ Klang Specialist Hospital is seeking a diligent administrator to support patient registration and clinic operations. The role entails handling patient demographics, form preparation, and opening new patient files, while ensuring smooth clinic flow and coordinated care with doctors and staff.

You will explain fees and requirements to patients, coordinate with insurer/MCO when needed, and uphold ISO/BS standards.

Qualifications

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) required.
• 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with customers and staff professionally.
• Proactive and reliable with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Register patients including demographics and forms.
• Maintain clinic operations, appointments, cleanliness, and records.
• Explain procedures and charges to patients; coordinate with doctors and insurance/MCO.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO and 5S practices.
• Support top management and participate in quality initiatives.
