Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a clinic administration professional to streamline patient registration, appointment systems, and documentation. The role requires coordinating with insurers and ensuring patient-visit compliance with company policies.

The candidate will maintain clinic operations, support doctors, and participate in quality initiatives, while upholding KPJ values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hospital, the brand and the Company.
• Ability to identify market segments, niches and potential markets.
• Willingness to do work after office hours/weekends/public holidays when required.
• Microsoft office literacy.
• Able to work well on multiple projects & meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Responsibility and reliability to take charge of certain projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure registration is made accordingly (patient demographic, preparation of forms and mandatory open a file for new patient).
• Maintain smooth clinic flows, manage appointment systems, tidiness, and other requirements.
• Attend to the needs of customers and consultants; explain rules and charges to patients.
• Coordinate insurance or MCO processes before treatment when necessary.
• Ensure all clinic activities are properly documented and charged.
• Participate in quality initiatives and adhere to KPJ standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor and doctor on-call lists.
