Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a part-time/early-evening IT support associate to provide after-hours support for retail and FNB software. The role involves handling inquiries via WhatsApp, phone or tickets, and solving basic to intermediate system issues.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided. The position offers remote work with potential hybrid arrangements and requires good communication, patience and independent work habits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in IT / CS / Business IT or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training is provided.
• Basic understanding of software support and Windows OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours support for company software (Retail POS / FNB).
• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, call or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic to intermediate system issues and log cases.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next-level support team.
• Ensure timely responses to maintain good customer experience.

• Required to work on Public Holidays (by shift arrangement)
• Remote support (Work From Home) / Hybrid (if applicable)
• Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Weekdays)

Basic Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Business IT or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of:
  • Software application support
  • Windows operating system
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge in POS system / ERP system is an advantage
