Job summary

Ehub IT Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking part-time IT support staff to provide after-hours assistance for our software applications, including Retail POS and FNB systems. You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, or ticketing system and resolve basic to intermediate issues.

Role supports training for fresh graduates and offers remote work with hybrid options. Evening hours from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM on weekdays apply, with potential for flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Business IT or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours support for company software applications (e.g., Retail POS System / FNB System).
• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, call, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate system issues.
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the next-level support team.
• Ensure all support cases are properly logged and updated.
• Perform basic system installation & System Updates & System checks.
• Guide users on system usage and provide simple solutions.
• Ensure timely response to maintain good customer experience.
