Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable IT support specialist to assist with on-site and remote system installations for new clients, including potential overseas travel. You will help ensure project readiness and provide hands-on support.

Responsibilities include delivering training sessions, presenting product features to customers, preparing documentation and user guides, and resolving issues via the ticketing system while handling ad hoc tasks as directed by management.

• Training will be provided to support job knowledge transfer.
• Assist with onsite and remote system installations, particularly for new clients, to ensure project readiness (may require overseas travel).
• Participate in standby shifts based on the duty roster to provide remote user support.
• Conduct onsite and remote training sessions, as well as deliver presentations on product features to both new and existing clients.
• Prepare and develop documentation, including software user guides, customization requests, and assist with software testing.
• Provide user support for Point-of-Sales (POS) systems and technical issues, including remote troubleshooting and system debugging.
• Monitor, follow up, and resolve customer issues through the ticketing system.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
