Job summary

Ehub IT Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking part-time IT support staff for evening shifts in Malaysia. You will provide remote/hybrid support for company software, handle customer inquiries, and troubleshoot basic system issues. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.

The role offers flexible shift arrangements, with compensation aligned to local part-time rates and public holiday allowances. Strong communication and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours support for company software (Retail POS/FNB).
• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, or tickets.
• Troubleshoot basic to mid-level system issues.
• Escalate unresolved/critical issues to higher support.
• Log and update all support cases accurately.
• Perform basic system installations, updates, and checks.
• Guide users on system usage and provide simple solutions.
• Ensure timely responses to maintain customer experience.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Business IT or related field

Technical Skills
