Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for an IT Support professional in Bayan Lepas, Penang. A diploma or degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

You will provide basic Windows OS support, implement software/hardware upgrades, and maintain IT asset records. You will handle day-to-day IT support for computers, printers, scanners, networks, and phones, ensure ticket updates to minimize downtime, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge on Operating system such as Windows
• Handles any implementation of new software and hardware upgrades
• Maintain proper records of IT Asset Management
• Responsible for overall day-to-day computers, notebooks, printers, scanners, network, telephone and application support the Business continuity requirements
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents to minimize customer downtime
• Excellent communication & problem solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment and as a team player
• Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• To work on 12 hours shift including weekend and public holidays (weekly 2 days rest day)
