Job summary

ARBELL HOSPITALITY SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated kitchen staff to handle core prep work, maintain mise en place, follow hygiene and FIFO practices, receive goods, and run primary cooking stations such as fry, sauté, grill, and signature items.

You will support junior cooks and teammates to ensure smooth service during peak periods. Fresh graduates welcomed and experience in multi-outlet environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Handle core prep work and maintain high standards.
• Maintain sharp mise en place throughout the day.
• Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and FIFO practices.
• Receive incoming goods and assist with stock rotation.
• Run frying, sauté, grilling, and signature items with accuracy.

Maintain sharp and consistent mise en place throughout the day to ensure smooth service.
