ARBELL HOSPITALITY SDN BHD is seeking a motivated kitchen team member in Kuala Lumpur to handle core prep work, maintain mise en place, and ensure hygiene and FIFO compliance. You will support multiple cooking stations and assist teammates to keep service swift and accurate.

We value hands-on cooks with a can-do attitude, readiness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-outlet restaurant environment. Fresh graduates welcomed, experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Handle core prep work including cutting, trimming, portioning, marinating, and preparing ingredients.
• Maintain sharp and consistent mise en place throughout the day to ensure smooth service.
• Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and FIFO practices, keeping the kitchen clean and compliant at all times.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, assist with stock rotation, and check for quality and freshness.
• Run primary cooking stations such as fry, sauté, grill, and signature items with accuracy and confidence.
• Support junior cooks or teammates when needed to maintain steady service flow during peak periods.
