You will be part of a team that keeps the cinema clean, safe, and welcoming, manages queues, and assists with promotions and guest relations. This role requires friendly communication and a willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Friendly and good at talking to people.
• Able to solve problems calmly under pressure.
• Basic computer and mobile app skills needed.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
