Join TGV Cinemas SDN BHD as a Part-time Customer Relations Officer at TGV Tasek Central. You will assist guests with tickets and seating, answer questions about films and promotions, and help resolve issues to ensure a smooth cinema experience.

You will also promote the brand on social media, monitor online feedback, and record guest insights for follow-up with the manager. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly and good at talking to people.
• Able to solve problems calmly.
• Basic computer and mobile app skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Help monitor online feedback and report issues to the manager.

• Record customer feedback and report issues.
• Follow up with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction.
