Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with tickets, seating and directions.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about movies, show times, promotions.
• Handle complaints politely and find quick solutions.
• Share updates and promotions on TGV’s social media platforms.
• Record customer feedback and report issues to the manager.
• Help ensure cinema cleanliness, safety and smooth crowd flow during busy times.
