Job summary

Jora Malaysia is recruiting for an entry-level Full-Time role in Penang/Seberang Perai. The candidate will handle order and shipment management, inventory control, quotations, samples, AR follow-ups, basic QA support, and cross-functional communication. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Training and transport allowance are provided, with standard 5 working days per week and in-office work commitment. Malaysian citizens are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Admin/Management/Marketing or related field.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Order management (processing, forecasting, rescheduling, delivery confirmation).
• Shipment management with factories & Logistics; prepare shipment documents.
• Inventory management to maintain healthy stock levels.
• Quotation responses to customer requests.
• Support timely samples as requested.
• AR management with follow-up on payments to avoid overdue.
• Basic QA support for customer requirements.
• Coordinate & communicate with customers & internal team.

• Order management (Order processing, system maintenance, forecast, re-schedule, cancellation, delivery confirmation & etc).
• Shipment management (Co-ordinate with factories & Logistics to arrange shipment as committed. Provide shipment documents timely.)
• Inventory management (Inventory planning, secure supply, keep healthy level of stock)
• Quotation (Response to customer quotation request)
• Samples (Support timely for requested samples.)
• AR management (Close follow up on payment/account receivable to avoid overdue)
• Basic QA support (Support general or basic quality requirement from customer)
• Coordinate & communicate with customers & internal team
