Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with tickets, seating, and directions; provide information about showtimes and promotions.
• Answer questions about movies, show times, and promotions; handle complaints politely and find quick solutions.
• Share updates, promotions, and content on TGV’s social platforms; monitor online feedback and report issues to the manager.
• Record customer feedback and report issues; follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
