TGV CINEMAS SDN BHD is seeking a Part Time Customer Relations Officer at Aeon Kepong to help guests enjoy their cinema experience. You will answer questions, solve problems, and promote TGV on social media.

The role offers RM 9 per hour, requires great communication, ability to handle busy periods, and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Basic computer and mobile app skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly and good at talking to people.
• Able to solve problems calmly.

• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service: greet guests and assist with tickets, seating, and directions.
• Answer questions about movies, show times, and promotions.
• Handle complaints politely and find quick solutions.
• Cinema Operations: ensure the cinema is clean, safe, and comfortable; manage queues.
• Social Media & Online Engagement: share updates and monitor feedback.
