Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist guests with tickets, seating, and directions; answer questions about movies, show times, and promotions; handle complaints politely and find quick solutions.
• Cinema Operations: Ensure the cinema is clean, safe, and comfortable; help manage queues and crowd flow during busy times; work with the team to keep things running smoothly.
• Social Media & Online Engagement: Share updates, promotions, and content on TGV’s platforms; monitor online feedback and report issues to the manager.
• Feedback & Support: Record customer feedback and report issues; follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
