Job summary

Fitspecs (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Selangor is seeking a Sales Executive for an on-site role based in Taman Industri Alam Jaya, Puncak Alam.

You will develop new business, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets using a consultative approach to packaging solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Production, QA/QC and other teams to ensure orders are fulfilled successfully. Willingness to travel and potential relocation to Kota Puteri, Ijok, is required as the company moves.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / STPM / Diploma / Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, manufacturing, packaging, or a similar industry will be an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Identify potential customers and follow up on sales leads and enquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on quotations and sales enquiries.
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor order status and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and other relevant departments regarding customer requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and professional responses.
• Build rapport with customers and establish long-term business relationships.
• Conduct sales negotiations and follow up with customers to close sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales with both new and existing customers.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Provide feedback to the management regarding customer requirements, market conditions, and potential business opportunities.
