Job summary

SLP Resources Berhad, through its subsidiaries Sinliplas Holding Sdn Bhd and others, is seeking a Sales Executive in Malaysia. You will service and visit customers regularly, handle inquiries, review contracts, and ensure timely payments while expanding the customer base.

The role requires coordination with multiple departments, generating sales reports, forecasting, and occasional outstation travel within Malaysia. Prior experience in plastics packaging helps, with regional market focus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to service and visit customers on regular basis.
• Responsible for contract review and handling of customer inquiries and consult with the concerned department if necessary.
• Responsible for collection of payment in timely manner.
• Responsible to find new potential customers.
• Responsible to generate sales reports and forecast of sales.
• Responsible to take orders and review the order delivery capability.
• Responsible on monitoring the compliance with ISO9001, ISO22000, ISO 13485, BRC Standard requirements.
• Regularly conduct market analyze, survey and research in the line with company product.
• Visit customer’s place when necessary, travel outstation is required (within Malaysia)
• To provide high quality of pre and post sales service
• Engage and preform related projects that prepared by top management.
• To conduct frequent meeting or discussion with sales and marketing team / top management to generate new ideas and resolve problems
• To undertake any other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior.
• Preferably experience in plastic packaging industry and familiar with Southern region / East Malaysia market.
