Job summary

Scientex Packaging (Kajang) Sdn. Bhd., a leading packaging manufacturer in Malaysia, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in B2B packaging solutions.

You will identify new opportunities, expand the customer base, and tailor packaging offerings to meet client requirements across industries in Malaysia. This role requires excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the willingness to travel to meet customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• B2B sales experience is encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and recommend packaging solutions based on customers' requirements.
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and periodic sales reports.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Negotiate with customers and support the sales team in closing business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
