Job summary

Cyklop Packaging (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a dynamic sales professional to grow our presence in Subang/Sunway. You will identify new customers, build relationships with senior buyers, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial packaging sales, a solid technical background, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, SAP) and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ sales experience in manufacturing, industrial packaging or technical-equipment environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong mechanical/technical understanding and ability to engage in technical discussions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, SAP) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new customers within assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with C-level and senior buyers to understand and fulfill packaging needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, solution design, quotation, negotiation, closing and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, marketing) to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
• Use CRM to record, track and manage sales activity and pipelines.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
• Promote our product range: PET straps, consumables, semi-auto and fully-auto machinery.
• Represent the company at trade shows and support digital marketing efforts.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
