Job summary

Tealive in Malaysia is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to manage daily operations across our outlets. You will lead staff scheduling, supervise service quality, and ensure every drink is prepared to our SOP with passion.

Responsibilities include controlling food costs, stock take, and ordering, driving sales and profitability, cash reporting, and upselling Tealive products while maintaining a welcoming, clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage environment.

• Ensure drinks meet quality standards by following SOP.
• Cleaning and restocking dining areas and sanitizing equipment.

Job Scope :

Explain and promote products and offerings

Daily cash reporting

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage environment.

May work special events, as needed.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
