Job summary

Tealive is seeking an Outlet staff member for our Malaysia outlets. You will welcome customers, brew beverages, upsell Tealive products, and assist with daily cash reporting and stock control. The role includes cleaning, restocking, and maintaining high quality while following SOPs.

Candidates with at least SPM/O-Level are welcome; supervisors should have 1+ year of F&B experience. Overtime, weekend, and public holiday work may be required, supporting Tealive’s position as Southeast Asia’s

• Outlet sales and profitability.
• Direct potential customers into the restaurant.
• Explain and promote Tealive products and offerings.
• Daily cash reporting.
• Welcoming customers with enthusiasm.
• Brewing coffee or tea and serving drinks.
• Ensure drinks meet quality standards by following SOPs.
• Explain Tealive products clearly and promote/upsell at all times.
• Cleaning and restocking dining areas and sanitizing equipment.

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage environment.

May work special events, as needed.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
