Job summary

Tealive in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an outlet staff member to manage daily operations, assist with scheduling and stock control, and promote Tealive beverages to customers. The role involves handling cash, serving quality drinks, and upselling products with enthusiasm.

The successful candidate will welcome customers warmly, maintain clean dining areas, and support special events when needed, including flexible hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have SPM/O-Level qualification.
• For supervisor, at least 1 year of experience in F&B.
• Willing to work overtime and on weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Outlet staff management and scheduling.
• Outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering.
• Outlet sales and profitability responsibilities.
• Direct potential customers into the restaurant.
• Explain and promote Tealive products and offerings.
• Daily cash reporting.
• Welcome customers with enthusiasm and greet customers.
• Brew coffee or tea and serve drinks.
• Ensure drinks meet high quality standards by following SOP.
• Explain Tealive products and upsell where possible.
• Cleaning and restocking dining areas, sanitation of equipment.

Job Scope :

Outlet staff management and scheduling

Outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering

Outlet sales and profitability

Direct potential customers into the restaurant

Explain and promote products and offerings

Daily cash reporting

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage environment.

May work special events, as needed.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
