Job summary

Tealive is hiring for an outlet staff role in Malaysia. The position involves managing daily operations, staff scheduling, stock control, and ensuring profitability of the outlet. You will greet customers, promote Tealive products, handle cash, and maintain high quality service.

Applicants should have at least SPM/O-Level and, for supervisors, at least 1 year of prior F&B experience. Overtime, flexible hours, and weekend/public holiday work may be required.

• Ability to handle cash and daily cash reporting.
• Strong communication to explain Tealive products clearly and upsell.

Job Scope :

Outlet staff management and scheduling

Direct potential customers into the restaurant

Explain and promote products and offerings

Daily cash reporting

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage environment.

May work special events, as needed.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
