Job summary

Tealive is seeking an enthusiastic outlet staff member in Malaysia. You will manage staffing and scheduling, control food costs, handle stock and ordering, drive sales and profitability, and greet customers with warmth.

You will promote Tealive offerings, help with daily cash reporting, and ensure high-quality drinks made to SOP. Flexibility for weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in F&B.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.

• Direct potential customers into the restaurant.
• Explain and promote Tealive products and offerings.

• Ensure drinks are made with passion and meet high quality standards by SOP.
• Explain Tealive products clearly and upsell whenever possible.

Job Scope :

Outlet staff management and scheduling

Outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering

Outlet sales and profitability

Direct potential customers into the restaurant

Explain and promote products and offerings

Daily cash reporting

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage environment.

May work special events, as needed.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
