Job summary

Tealive is hiring for an outlet role in Penang, Malaysia. The incumbent will manage and schedule outlet staff, handle stock and costs, drive sales and profitability, and greet customers with enthusiasm. You will explain Tealive products and promote offerings while ensuring quality drinks and clean outlets.

The position requires at least SPM/O-Level, with supervisor roles needing 1 year in a F&B environment. Overtime, flexible hours, and weekend/public holidays work may be required.

Qualifications

• At least SPM / O-Level equivalent.
• For supervisor, 1 year of F&B supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage outlet staff and scheduling.
• Control food costs and perform stock take and ordering.
• Oversee outlet sales and profitability.
• Directly greet and engage customers.
• Explain and promote Tealive products to customers.

Job Scope :

Outlet staff management and scheduling

Outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering

Outlet sales and profitability

Direct potential customers into the restaurant

Explain and promote products and offerings

Daily cash reporting

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage environment.

May work special events, as needed.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
