Job summary

RAKAN is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead store operations, customer service, scheduling, cashiering, and loss prevention in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will recruit and mentor staff, manage inventory and shrinkage, and ensure high standards of service and merchandise quality. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in retail/operations and strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead store level operations including customer service, scheduling, cashiering, and back office support.
• Demonstrate desired behaviours for staff including driving sales and handling difficult sales scenarios.
• Recruit and hire staff to fill open positions quickly.
• Control inventory levels and reordering within budget; manage shrinkage.
• Oversee and manage the entire outlet operation and implement procedures.
