Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee goods management within the department according to procedures.
• Monitor sales performance and communicate trends to purchasing.
• Ensure correct pricing and proper merchandise display.
• Maintain department and store cleanliness and orderliness.
• Promote professionalism within the retail operation team.
• Ensure departmental systems and processes run smoothly.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff.
• Act as person-in-charge when Outlet Manager is absent.
