Job summary

RAKAN is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily store operations, customer service, and staff scheduling, ensuring smooth, efficient results and adherence to company standards.

You will lead, coach, and develop the team, drive sales, manage cash, inventory, and shrinkage, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a clean, well-presented outlet. Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience in retail or operations is required.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in retail or operations, with prior supervisory or team leader experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective operations in accordance with company procedures and standards.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve individual and company KPI targets.
• Plan and manage staff scheduling and duty roasters to ensure adequate manpower coverage and smooth daily operations.
• Demonstrate desired behaviors for staff, including driving sales, handling difficult or complicated sales, cash management, inventory control, and customer follow-up.
• Provide a strong leadership presence and maintain proper control in-store, while ensuring all customers receive good service and quality and merchandise.
• Ensure the outlet area is clean, organized, well-maintained, and presented according to the highest presentation standards and OEP requirements.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Conduct hiring according to business needs and actively recruit to ensure open positions are filled promptly.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall staff performance.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Control inventory stock levels and ensure timely reordering of necessary items within the approved budget.
• Manage and control shrinkage through proper monitoring and preventive measures.
• Oversee and manage the entire outlet operations team and ensure the proper implementation of operational procedures.

In this role, you will:
