The candidate should have a Diploma in a related field, 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail/operations, and excellent communication skills. The position is full-time and on-site at Pasaraya Rakanda Bandar Seri Coalfields.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the branch manager in driving sales, managing cash, and handling customer issues.
• Provide a strong leadership presence to ensure good service and quality merchandise.
• Assist in hiring to fill open positions quickly and effectively.
• Control inventory levels and reordering within budget.
• Assist in shrinkage control and oversee daily operations procedures.
