Job summary

DKSH is seeking a hands-on Crew Leader, Outlet Operations in Malaysia to ensure smooth daily running of the outlet, uphold display standards, and deliver excellent customer service. You will lead a frontline team, coordinate tasks, and support merchandising and packaging operations to meet customer needs.

Applicants should have SPM/PMR equivalent, at least 1 year of related experience, and be able to work rotating shifts including holidays and weekends, with a professional, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Positive working attitude with a professional and customer-oriented disposition.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent preparation and quality of baked goods to maintain product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of product display units for a well-presented outlet.
• Uphold housekeeping and merchandising standards for a welcoming customer experience.
• Support gift wrapping and packaging operations to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to product display and visual merchandising to drive in-store sales.
• Deliver attentive and professional customer service to enhance the in-store experience.
• Lead and guide team members in daily outlet operations for smooth workflow.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
