Job summary

Lion Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales targets, supervise staff, and maintain orderly reporting and cleanliness.

You will plan orders, oversee inventory, and ensure smooth daily runs of the outlet while coordinating with teams and delivering exceptional customer service.

Candidates should hold at least a Diploma, demonstrate strong leadership, and be proficient in MS Office to prepare reports and analyze performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent; experience in retail or outlet management preferred.
• Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, inventory planning, and operational reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Able to ensure cleanliness and smooth daily operations of the outlet.
