Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve KPI targets.
• Plan and manage staff scheduling and duty roasters for coverage.
• Drive sales, cash handling, inventory control, and customer follow-up.
• Maintain in-store presentation and ensure quality merchandise.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Conduct hiring and recruit to fill open positions promptly.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Control inventory and prevent shrinkage within budget.
