Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead store operations, customer service, and day-to-day scheduling in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, manage cash and inventory, recruit staff, and ensure shrinkage controls while delivering quality merchandise and service.

The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership presence, and the ability to work independently or in a team. 2–5 years in retail/supervisory roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a related field (retail/operations), with prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role.

Responsibilities

• To demonstrates desired behaviors for staff including driving sales, handling difficult and/or complicated sales, cash management, inventory, and follow-up with customers.
• To provide a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise.
• To conduct hiring to the needs of the business, actively recruiting to ensure open positions are filled quickly.
• To control inventory stock levels and reordering as necessary within budget.
• To manage and controls shrinkage.
• Oversee and manage the whole operation team in the outlet and implement operation procedure.
