Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their design preferences, project needs, and budget expectations.
Identify client requirements and recommend practical, suitable solutions that support their vision and project goals.
Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates, and comprehensive project proposals.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal design teams to ensure smooth communication, effective coordination, and successful project delivery.
Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and workflow to ensure each stage is carried out efficiently.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement timely solutions to keep projects on track.
Conduct site visits when required to review work progress, coordinate with relevant parties, and assist with project completion and handover.
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring projects are completed on time, meet agreed specifications, and fulfil client expectations.
