Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to manage coordination across planning, procurement, fabrication, delivery and installation stages. You will monitor schedules and document progress to keep projects on track and on time.

The role requires strong communication with project teams, suppliers, clients and site personnel to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all project milestones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from planning, procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, testing and completion stages.
• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules, progress, delivery timelines and key deadlines.
• Coordinate closely with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Site, suppliers, subcontractors, clients and other relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on project materials, equipment, drawings, specifications and other project requirements to ensure timely availability.
• Arrange and coordinate site requirements, including material delivery, manpower, equipment, access and other necessary arrangements.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays or outstanding matters, and follow up on the required corrective actions with the relevant parties.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting records, correspondence, delivery documents and other project records.
• Follow up on action items arising from project meetings and ensure outstanding matters are completed within the required timeline.
• Assist in coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning, documentation and project handover activities.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day project coordination issues and ensure effective communication among all relevant parties.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or Management.
