Job summary

Verde Design Lab (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our construction project management team. You will help ensure projects run on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards, while coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The role offers full-time employment in Kuala Lumpur with opportunities to develop in construction project management and gain exposure to site visits and regulatory coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field required.
• 1–3 years of construction project coordination or related admin experience.
• Strong organisation and time management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities to meet milestones.
• Maintain schedules, drawings, specs and correspondence.
• Coordinate communication between teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and related docs.
• Support budget tracking and cost control within approved budgets.
• Monitor timelines and flag delays or risks.
• Assist with site inspections and quality checks per specs.
• Coordinate logistics: deliveries, equipment and on-site personnel.
• Assist in tender documents and bid submissions.
• Liaise with regulators and manage permits and approvals.
