Job summary

Reka & Bina Lab Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to build strong client relationships, understand customer needs, and manage projects from consultation to completion. This role includes earning commissions and engaging with design teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate has English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, a degree in Business/Marketing/Communications, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding design preferences, requirements, and budget expectations.
• Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare accurate quotations, cost estimates, and project proposals.
• Work closely with clients and in-house design teams to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer experience.
• Develop project plans and schedules, including milestones and workflow activities.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct site visits when required to oversee project progress and ensure successful project completion and handover.
• Deliver high-quality service while ensuring projects are completed within timeline and client expectations.
