Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales coordination specifically for the new project.
• Receive & process customer inquiries; prepare quotations & order confirmations.
• Track order progress: from confirmation - processing - dispatch - delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (project, logistics, finance) to meet deadlines.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with project clients.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project sales reports & performance summaries.
• Assist in preparing project presentations, tender documents & promotional materials.
